Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the lesson receive a full credit toward a future session.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson, or no-shows, forfeit that lesson (no credit or refund).
  • Package credits do not expire for 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Justen reserves the right to reschedule in case of weather, facility issues, or illness. In those cases the lesson is fully credited.
